Welcome to The Still on State
Located inside The Doylestown Inn in the heart of Doylestown, Pennsylvania. The Still on State is a contemporary, Irish-inspired pub with a smart-casual spirit and a distinctly local, original character.
Created as an extention of the Doylestown Inn’s commitment to being a hospitality hub and a unique gathering place for our community and visitors from around the world, The Still on State was born from a simple idea: create a welcoming neighborhood destination where great food, good drinks and genuine hospitality come together.
Building on the experience and hospitality you’ve come to expect from The Hattery and The Doylestown Inn, The Still on State brings it all together under one roof. Our menu features elevated snacks and approachable favorites, from classic fish & chips and our in-house smoked wings to daily rotating BBQ specials-perfect for pairing with our locally sourced and house-made cocktails and enjoying with friends.
At the heart of the space is our showpiece, The Still, named “The Tilted Brim,” where we’ll be distilling our own spirits. The space also features a stunning copper-bar, the origional 19th-century mahogany bar, (yes the actual origional pre-prohibition bar), and an outdoor space designed for lingering over a cold beverage and good conversation.
We’re also proud to showcase the best of Pennsylvania, with a thoughtfully curated selection of local wines, beers and spirits.
